About the Team
Ardian Real Estate invests in office properties in core European cities, where strong economic growth and a shortage of top-quality, modern office space provides opportunities to create significant value. Real estate asset management is Ardian’s newest activity. The team came together in 2015 and went on to complete Europe’s largest ever first-time Real Estate fundraising, at €738m. Spread across Paris, Frankfurt, Milan and Madrid, the 21 investment professionals follow a modern refurbishment strategy managing each asset closely and working with tenants in identifying the priorities. At the forefront of innovation, the team acknowledges ESG issues and takes actions to improve energy efficiency, environmental impacts while achieving BREEAM or LEED certifications.
