The role

Support the team with general Compliance topics such as:

• Conduct second-line of defense controls for the Compliance team
• Analyze, document and consolidate test results
• Review and update guidelines if required based on regulatory changes
• Monitor regulatory developments and derive recommendations
• Prepare compliance related reports
• Participate in compliance related projects
• Complete other assigned tasks on a wide variety of subjects

This list is not exhaustive and will vary depending on the capabilities of the intern and the needs of the team.

Required skills

• Top academic performance from leading universities;
• The candidate should possess a broad set of quantitative, qualitative and interpersonal skills, and be a strong team player;
• He/she should be self-motivated with the ability to organise and perform work efficiently with a high attention to detail;
• Ideally the candidate would have prior experience or knowledge of financial services regulatory compliance in the private equity industry;
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
