The role
Support the team with general Compliance topics such as:
- Conduct second-line of defense controls for the Compliance team
- Analyze, document and consolidate test results
- Review and update guidelines if required based on regulatory changes
- Monitor regulatory developments and derive recommendations
- Prepare compliance related reports
- Participate in compliance related projects
- Complete other assigned tasks on a wide variety of subjects

Required skills
- Top academic performance from leading universities;
- The candidate should possess a broad set of quantitative, qualitative and interpersonal skills, and be a strong team player;
- He/she should be self-motivated with the ability to organise and perform work efficiently with a high attention to detail;
- Ideally the candidate would have prior experience or knowledge of financial services regulatory compliance in the private equity industry;
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
